Doing justice to the description of some listed properties can be difficult, as in this case. Although, there is a combination of physical location, expertise in the construction of the house, the master carpentry, and the delightful sense of the ocean, my portrait just skims the edge of reality. Due to positioning of the house, the views are overtly oceanic, including the distant lighthouse on Cheticamp Island. But in fact, the land, on its own point, is part of the charming fishing village of Cheticamp with all of its attractive recourses only moments away. Skilled wood finishing, comfortably large rooms and an open plan kitchen attest to the 7 year age and scrupulous upkeep. The combination of glorious sunsets, lack of bugs and the charm of the house makes this property exceptionally desirable. The large two car garage opens into the house.
